Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for PRN coverage across three local clinics (Northside, Westside, Southside). Primary shifts are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with additional weekend/extended hours as needed.

You will examine patients, order tests, develop care plans, educate patients and ensure quality, with focus on occupational health. Training shifts and scheduling expectations are described, including occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• MS in Physician Assistant Studies and active PA license.
• PANCE certification.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Licensure current in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Examine patient, compile medical data and exam results.
• Order or administer diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develop and implement patient management plans and notes.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Support occupational health policies and quality initiatives.
