Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner PRN to work per diem in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on occupational health, patient evaluation, and coordination with medical directors to deliver high-quality care within established protocols.

The candidate will perform examinations, order tests, and develop treatment plans while ensuring HIPAA compliance and exceptional patient service. A licensed PA or APRN with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Must have passed the PANCE and be licensed as a Physician Assistant in the employing state.
• Active PA license and ongoing licensure maintenance are required.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and compile medical data and examination results.
• Order or administer diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develop and implement patient management plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide primary medical direction within occupational health protocols.
