Telos Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Altamonte Springs, FL for PRN roles. The position offers a PTA hourly rate of $32-40/hour and a monthly travel stipend of $250 for both part-time and full-time schedules.

Join Sequoia Care’s Florida team to deliver hands-on rehabilitation under a licensed PT, with opportunities in senior living, long-term care, and home health settings. A Florida PTA license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Current Florida PTA license is required.
• CPR certification as required by facility or state guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Implement PT treatment plans directed by a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor resident progress and response to treatment.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movements.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per state and federal guidelines.
