Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• PT license in the state of employment required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer safe and effective therapy treatments with proper documentation.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as patient progress dictates.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Demonstrate competent care for diverse patient demographics.
