Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license or license eligible.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with OT research and employ evidence-based practice.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and maintain provider/patient interactions.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to set patient goals and determine OT frequency and duration.
• Understand and comply with state OT Practice Act and supervision requirements.
• Participate in design and implementation of new programs or procedures with manager and physicians per HIPAA guidelines.
• Supervise and delegate OT care per state and federal regulations.
• Provide individualized treatment plans and timely documentation.
