Job summary

Select Medical in Niceville, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN position in our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide high-quality patient care and help patients return to athletics, work, and daily life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with OT research and apply evidence-based practice.
• Build relationships with referral sources and centers/patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to set treatment goals and frequency.
• Follow state Practice Act and supervise where required.
• Participate in design and implementation of new programs with manager and physicians per HIPAA.
• Supervise OT care and ensure timely documentation.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and complete patient care responsibilities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program

OT license (or license eligible)
