Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to cover maternity leave at Mt. St. Joseph's in Euclid, OH. The role focuses on implementing therapy plans and assisting patients with activities to improve daily living skills.

As part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, you will work under an Occupational Therapist, monitor progress, and help adapt plans to patient needs, ensuring engaging and compassionate care for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
