Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for PRN placement at Plum Creek Assisted Living in Brunswick, Ohio. You will carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist and assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

Experience assisting with therapy activities and patient care.
Ability to work under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Comfort with documenting progress and outcomes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
