Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waterbury is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient team. The OTA will work under the Occupational Therapist to deliver care to a diverse patient population and adapt treatment plans as needed.

The role requires current OTA licensure in the state and BLS certification, with flexible PRN hours to fit your lifestyle. Prior inpatient experience is preferred, and opportunities exist to learn within our network of PAM Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Plan and implement targeted treatment programs for individual patients.
• Assist with documentation and progress notes as part of the care team.
