Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Hampden is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for PRN coverage to support our inpatient population. The OTA will work under the Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans and contribute to patient progress.

Ideal candidates will have OTA licensure in their state, current BLS, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospital setting. Experience preferred but not required for motivated learners.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatient populations.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Adapt interventions to meet patient needs and facility protocols.
