Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a flexible, PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team. The OTA will provide direct patient care and develop/implement treatment plans for a diverse inpatient population under an Occupational Therapist's supervision.

Ideal candidates have inpatient hospital exposure or a strong willingness to learn, with the flexibility to support PAM Health’s extensive network of facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
• Flexible to meet the needs of multiple facilities within the PAM Health system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA), under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, is responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system. The Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
