Job summary

Restore Therapy Services is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services and supervise therapy assistants as needed. The OT will evaluate functional status, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited OT degree, state licensure, and familiarity with EHR systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with potential travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the AMA and AOTA.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the AOTA.
• Must hold a current and valid therapy license in the state employed.
• Familiarity with computer use; iPad experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient’s functional status and develops plan of care.
• Develops treatment program and establishes goals for improved function.
• Communicates plan of care to referring physician and other professionals.
• May supervise OT assistants according to policy and state regulations.
• Maintains clinical records and reports changes to physician.
