PRN OT- Occupational Therapist

As a PRN OT with Avir at Kirbyville, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality occupational therapy services to help individuals regain independence and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs and goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services provided

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition back to the patient's home or community

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution

• PRN or Per Diem schedule - flexible scheduling to accommodate a variety of shifts and patient needs

• Minimum 0 years of experience (new grad OTs welcome to apply!)

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
