Job summary

Frontpoint Health is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care to home-bound clients in the Garland area. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Candidates must hold a current Texas OT license and be willing to travel within Mesquite, Sunnyvale, Garland, and East Dallas. Knowledge of Home Care Home Base software is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in home health care is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop plan of care with patient and physician.
