HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to treat residents and short-term patients at Gulf Pointe Plaza Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Rockport, Texas. Weekend availability is required.

The role focuses on providing skilled therapy under physician orders, developing a plan of care, and documenting progress while ensuring safety and infection control in the rehab area.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for Occupational Therapy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Organizational and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services according to physician orders and professional practice.
• Develops and follows a plan of care with measurable goals to support discharge plans.
• Documents patient progress and responses to treatment in a timely manner.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area safely with infection prevention practices.
