Job summary

Independence Rehab Inc. is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to join Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT. You’ll serve a geriatric population in SNF/Transitional Care, delivering ADL retraining, transfers, and safety training with clinical autonomy and supportive supervision when needed.

2-3 days per week, 2-4 hours per shift, offering flexibility and a therapist-owned environment that advocates for clinicians and balanced workloads. Utah OT license in good standing required.

Qualifications

• Current Utah OT license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to supervise a COTA.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies.
• Transfer training across all levels.
• Fall prevention and safety training.
• Treatment of clinically complex patients.
• Discharge planning and care coordination.
• Supervision of a COTA as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff.
