Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required
• 1 year of prior OT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
