Savannah Nursing & Rehabilitation in Savannah, TN, is a post-acute care facility offering long-term and short-term geriatric services. We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under an Occupational Therapist in our in-house rehab program, providing rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments.

You will administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and the use of assistive devices, assess progress, and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• We welcome candidates with all levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments with the supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising OT.
