Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Westwood Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs under OT supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an AOTA-approved COTA program degree, an active state license, and NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
