Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy License required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient ortho experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical interest are welcome to apply.
• Strong manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and strength training background.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• OCS, SCS, or FAAOMPT credentialing (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• In-person availability is required. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a private practice outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Execute individualized treatment plans using a combination of manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and patient education.
• Collaborate with supervising PTs and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in occasional media or marketing efforts to highlight your expertise (e.g., bio, specialty focus).
• Optionally participate in mentorship of PT students or PTA staff if assigned.
