Job summary

Advent Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a PRN/On-Call Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Michigan. You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care with strong collaboration among PTs, PTAs, and staff while enjoying mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with current license or licensure eligible in Michigan.
• Demonstrated patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff.
• Interest in mentorship and professional growth within a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Mentor and support teammates when appropriate.
