Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) for Orthopaedic Urgent Care in Paoli, PA. This PRN on-site role requires 2–4 shifts per month, including evenings and weekends, with Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM coverage.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year orthopaedics experience, PA/NP licensure in PA, and comfort with Athena EMR. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active PA or NP license in PA or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as PA/NP, preferably in orthopaedics.
• Familiarity with Athena EMR or similar EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed histories and perform assessments to deliver high-quality care.
• Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests to support care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient charts in the EMR (Athena or similar).
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor outcomes.
