Job summary

USPI Aloe Surgical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Radiology Tech PRN to join a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center. The role involves IV and contrast administration, fluoroscopy, trauma, orthopedic and pediatric radiology, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Candidates must graduate from an approved radiology program, hold an active ARRT license and state license, and possess CPR/BLS certification; one year intra-operative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiology.
• Currently licensed in the state.
• CPR and advanced life support certifications required.
• Active state license and ARRT license required upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiography procedures in designated areas as directed by physician.
• Operate x-ray equipment and adjust exposures per safety procedures.
• Prepare supplies and explain procedures to patients; position patients for views.
• Monitor equipment and assist fluoroscopic exams.
• Record film data and maintain clean work areas.
• Consult with radiology staff to ensure quality standards.
• Process film and maintain records.
