Qualifications

• Successful completion of competency-based orientation program.
• ONS Chemo & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of employment.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Functions under Infusion/Telephone Triage Nurse roles and provides evidenced-based nursing care.
• Administers chemotherapy/immunotherapy per guidelines and coordinates care.
• Assesses patient condition, develops a plan of care, and documents care activities.
