Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team. You will provide skilled nursing in patients' homes and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality.

As a PRN on-call RN, you will administer nursing care, collaborate with the care team, and support patients and families while maintaining CPR certification and a current RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and current state driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient skill using a computer; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.
