Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, administering rehabilitative procedures, and coordinating discharge summaries while maintaining regulatory standards within a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• OT A license is required.
• New grads welcome.
• Open to COTAs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers; generate discharge summaries.
