Job summary

Holladay Healthcare Center in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation program. Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative interventions for geriatric patients and ensure adherence to clinical standards.

The role involves ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and regular progress assessments to tailor care plans. Eligible graduates, with state licensure where required, are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
