Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Shreveport is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our inpatient team on a PRN basis. The OTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands‑on patient care, develop treatment plans, and contribute to recovery in a diverse patient population.

Inpatient hospital experience is preferred, with readiness to learn within PAM Health’s care model.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Adapt activities to patient needs and progress.
• Support care coordination and discharge planning within the PAM Health system.
