Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI. Working under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized care plans and helping patients achieve functional goals.

You’ll contribute to treatment programs, document patient progress, and collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
