Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and collaborate with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

You will provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, document progress notes and discharge summaries, and establish a plan of care aligned with patients’ needs and capabilities. A valid COTA license and SNF/acute care experience are required; vaccine may be required in certain locations.

Qualifications

• Valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant license and credentials.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience.
• Covid Vaccine required in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities

Education

Licensed State Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
