Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. You will work with a diverse team to support patient outcomes across skilled facilities.

• SNF and/or Acute care experience.

• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
