Cornerstone Rehab seeks a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license and credentials.
• Experience in SNF and/or acute care settings is preferred.
• Ability to establish a plan of care based on patient needs and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed and coordinate with clinical staff.
