Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. You will work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist and help implement individualized plans of care developed by OTs, contributing to quality patient outcomes.

You will treat patients across all phases of OT, document responses to treatments, and maintain open communication with the OT, Rehab Director and facility staff while operating standard OT equipment.
