Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state OT license or licensure eligibility.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused approach.
• Availability for weekend/holiday coverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on improving daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans with adherence to regulations.
• Advocate for clients and help them access community resources and accommodations.
