Rehab Solutions is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in the San Marcos, TX area. You will provide patient-centered therapy with flexibility and autonomy in a therapist-led organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• TX OT license or eligible to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to assist patients with mobility and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet goals.
• Educate patients and families on daily activities and use of adaptive equipment.
• Document evaluations, progress, and plans to ensure compliance.
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect with community resources.

Requirements

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
