Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
• Evaluate residents and collect data for treatment planning.

• Deliver interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Instruct residents, families, and staff to carry over therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation per clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and other rehab team members for comprehensive care.
