Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Restorative staff.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehab program development.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
