Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, South Carolina, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for PRN coverage at a 144-bed skilled nursing facility located near the hospital. The role offers PRN opportunities within our network and a pathway toward full-time advancement to leadership.

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families and physicians, and maintains documentation in the medical records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; masters/doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care systems.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with OT needs.
• Communicates with families, physicians and health team members.
• Maintains documentation of services in medical records.
• Conducts in-services and training for facility staff.
