Qualifications

• Casamba and Point Click Care proficiency required.
• Licensed to practice in the state of South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document progress.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from physicians.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document daily notes.
• Supervise COTA/assistants and train staff as needed.
• Record evaluations and progress notes per policy.
