Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

You will provide excellent care and customer service to patients and families, collaborate with facility staff to ensure high quality outcomes, conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, and complete timely documentation. Supervising OTAs is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist candidates.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and develop measurable plans of care.
• Treat patients and educate them on injuries, progress and outcomes.
• Re-evaluate progress and adjust plans and goals as needed.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and complete timely documentation.

• Providing excellent care for our patients
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
