Heritage of Emerson in Emerson, NE is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate team. You will assess residents, design personalized plans, and provide therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life in a resident-centered setting.

Collaborate with residents, families, and colleagues to deliver evidence-based care. A Nebraska OT license is required; dementia care experience is a plus, and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.
