Heritage of Emerson is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize residents' physical abilities and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Nebraska.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and patients to determine therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated care.
