Job summary

Heritage of Emerson is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to assess, develop, and implement individualized plans that maximize residents’ strength, mobility, and independence. You will work within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver person-centered care.

You’ll collaborate with nurses and caregivers, document progress, and educate residents and families about treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance in a supportive, resident-focused setting.

Qualifications

Position Summary
