Kansas Health System in the Kansas City region seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist for inpatient settings. The OT will evaluate patients, design goal‑directed interventions to improve daily activities, and review progress in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation.
Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, clarifying orders, developing and documenting treatment plans, educating staff, supervising students, and maintaining CPR certification; adherence to departmental procedures is required.

The Occupational Therapist works as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team. They perform an individualized evaluation, design goal-directed customized interventions to improve the person’s ability to perform daily activities, and periodically review the patient’s performance to ensure that the goals are being met and/or make changes to the intervention plan. This position supports acute care hospital setting and inpatient rehabilitation unit.
