PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Destin, FL is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts, including 2 weekend day shifts per month and holidays. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care, establishing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, case managers, and nursing staff.

Qualified candidates will have ACOTE-approved OT education, NBCOT registration, and active or pending Florida licensure, plus BLS.

• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
