Job summary

PT Solutions is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Hillcrest Pryor Hospital in Pryor Creek, OK. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients regain function and navigate the care continuum in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities include creating timely treatment plans, engaging patients and families, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and case managers to optimize outcomes and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Education
