HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our Senior Living Division in Willowbrook, IL. The role offers flexible PRN hours and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or licensure eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
