HealthPro Heritage in Willowbrook IL seeks a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide skilled therapy in our senior living division. This PRN role offers flexible hours and an hourly wage range of $47-$54.

As part of a patient-centered team, you will assess, treat, educate, and document to support residents in assisted living and memory care settings. Licensure and strong clinical skills are essential for delivering high-quality care.

Competenze

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Mansioni

• Patient assessment and evaluation using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and plans.
• Advocate for clients and assist with access to community resources and accommodations.
