Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Create and monitor personalized treatment plans and goals.
• Educate residents and families on activities and adaptive strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans accurately.
