Qualifications

• Current Michigan OT license
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• SNF experience preferred
• Dependable and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
• Help patients improve independence with daily activities
• Address strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team; participate in care planning and discharge planning
